Khemo-Tu-Mari (by Khemosabi)

"NYN Shahira is in many people's estimation one of the most important mares of the last decade. By the 1985 World Champion *Carmargue and out of indisputedly, one of the most beautiful daughters of double U.S. National Champion Khemosabi, Khemo-Tu-Mari, NYN Shahira is a stunning composite of both her sire and dam.

Moreover, when she looks at you- your heart melts. Shahira is extra special for several reasons: From the front, she looks exactly like her sire. She also inherited *Carmargue's ethereal beauty, extremely sweet disposition and flawless conformation which made him the l985 World Champion with the highest scores ever recorded to that time. From her dam, Khemo-Tu-Mari she inherited the huge eyes and a delicacy of conformation rarely seen in Arabdom. From both parents she received that undefinable "Je ne sais quoi" quality that goes beyond simple charisma. Additionally, Shahira's pedigree has a rare depth.

In terms of strain, her tail female traces to arguably the most successful mare of all time (in that she has more British, Canadian and US National halter champions than any other dam line found in Arabdom), Rodania! Yet, Shahira's pedigree has strategically important Keheilan Dajania and Saglawi strains which add a double dose of smoothness, strength, loyalty and courage to her and holds the same promise for her future foals. While exquisitely beautiful Shahira really defines what is now only a memory floating on the winds of the desert-she is the enchantingly perfect war mare!"
